Puzzle Content Loaded From Our Server

Mindly may connect to our puzzle content service to download daily puzzle data, archive puzzle data, and Graphle puzzle images. This content is currently delivered through Supabase.

When your device connects to this service, standard technical information may be processed by Supabase or hosting providers, such as:

  • IP address
  • Device and browser/app request metadata
  • Date and time of requests
  • Requested content URLs

We use this connection only to deliver app content and keep the app functioning.

Notifications

If you enable daily reminders, Mindly may use your device’s notification system to remind you to play. Notification preferences are stored on your device. You can turn reminders off in the app settings or in your device settings.

Subscriptions

Mindly may offer a monthly paid subscription for archive access. Subscriptions are processed by the app store platform, such as Google Play. We do not receive or store your full payment card information.

The app may store or check subscription status, entitlement status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, renewal status, or similar purchase-related information needed to provide archive access and manage subscription features. This information is used only to provide paid features, restore purchases, prevent unauthorized access, and support subscription-related customer service.

  • Require user accounts
  • Collect your name, email address, or phone number through the app
  • Collect precise location
  • Access your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera
  • Use third-party advertising
  • Use third-party analytics

Third-Party Services

Mindly may use the following third-party services:

  • Supabase: used to host and deliver puzzle content and images.
  • Google Play: used for app distribution and, if enabled, payment processing for archive access.

These services may process information according to their own privacy policies.

Data Retention

Puzzle progress, stats, and settings remain on your device until you delete the app, clear app storage, or reset the app data if such a feature is available.

Server request logs may be retained by Supabase or hosting providers according to their policies and operational needs.

Children’s Privacy

Mindly is family-friendly, but it is not designed to collect personal information from children. The app does not require an account and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at mindlypuzzles@gmail.com.
